My procedure was scheduled for the latter part of January 2023 at Sono bello Charlotte NC. I read reviews that mostly happened at the northern states Sono bellos and they were not good. The reviews had me second guessing and I contacted my person from Sono bello, Christy A. She was very understanding and encouraging so I went for the consultation with my assigned surgeon Dr Hill. I received absolutely phenomenal care from the Charlotte office! I was so surprised at how friendly everyone was. Mind you, my appointment was at 6 am! The receptionist was pleasant and I waited about 2 minutes before my nurse Taylor came out to get me. We talked as if we’d known each other for years. She took excellent care of me before, during and after the procedure. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Let me start off saying the staff is very professional polite and helpful. I do think my upper abdomen and lower abs are flatter than they were before . Iam thankful for that, but not nearly flat enough . I feel for the money I’ve paid it should be no question about me loving my results, and I don’t at all. I’m still sucking in my stomach and wearing garments . Not what I expected! I should’ve took my money elsewhere to be blunt and honest.
Lauren and the entire staff has been very friendly and helpful. I'm happy with my results !

There is only one name I am able to add, and that was Maddie Zapata not exactly sure who that is but my team with Dr. alter – MD, Hector – nurse, Shannel – surgical tech. I had an amazing experience.
