The three ladies at the front desk Charlene, Chelsea, and Catherine have always made me feel welcome every time I come in. They always greet me with a smile, be attentive to what I want and need and ensure that I’m checked in the way that I need to be in order to be helped. When I leave, they always tell me to have a great day and ask if there’s anything else they can do for me. That is awesome Customer Service.

Charlene greeted me with a smile despite me being late! She was very polite and courteous as she explained the forms I needed to complete. She put me at ease. She definitely makes a greet first impression! Miranda conducted my consultation. She was also very polite and thorough explaining the different procedures. I am seriously considering using SonoBello because of these two women!
