Dr Vega gives you all the technical of her expertise and she was a was caring. Her wonderful nurses Camille and Ashley were outstanding!! They all treat you with such high regard and gave great attention to detail! They felt like family and laughed with me.
The receptionist, the consultants, nurses and Doctors were all engaging, positive, knowledgeable, willing or attempting to address any concerns. The pre operative, post operative was informative as information and updates were and are given on a consistent basis, at least for me. I would highly recommend them to any and all

Everyone was professional and so welcoming to work with throughout my consult process. My procedure was scheduled for the latter part of January 2023 at Sono bello Charlotte NC. I read reviews that mostly happened at the northern states Sono bellos and they were not good. The reviews had me second guessing and I contacted my person from Sono bello, Christy A. She was very understanding and encouraging so I went for the consultation with my assigned surgeon Dr Hill. I received absolutely phenomenal care from the Charlotte office! I was so surprised at how friendly everyone was. Mind you, my appointment was at 6 am! The receptionist was pleasant and I waited about 2 minutes before my nurse Taylor came out to get me. We talked as if we’d known each other for years. She took excellent care of me before, during and after the procedure. She was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times.
