Everyone was friendly and I’m happy with my results - HOWEVER I feel I was very much so gaslit into how everything was supposed to be. I was told from Penny and a Nurse that most people are back to work within a few days (which I just can’t believe, now that I’m on day 5 and still can’t bend over to put my shoes on) I was also told by Penny and a nurse that I’d only have to wear the compression garment for 3-4 weeks. Amazing!!! The whole experience has been great. Penny was my consultant. She was warm, kind and very helpful. She took time to answer any and all questions.  My nurse was Andrea. From the time I got there on surgery day she made me feel at ease.  And Dr. Alter was my surgeon. He was great. I feel very comfortable with him and confident that he would take good care of me. I just had my second procedure with Sono Bello at the Charlotte NC location. Let me tell you! I cannot say enough good things about the staff, the nurses, the consultant (Penny George) and DR. MARCO!!! Penny George helped me get everything set up for my appointment and finance related items. She is the best from coast to coast! They were so kind and professional! I went to Sono Bello to look into having my inner thighs done and was extremely impressed  with what they could offer me. I had a wonderful experience with my initial visit and they had great pricing so I booked my appointment. A few weeks later I had a  appointment to meet the Surgeon and he was great he answered all my questions and concerns. He made me feel at ease. Let me tell you! Penny George is the absolute sweetest and most professional person you want to meet. She made me feel welcome from the first day meeting with her for my initial consultation. If it were not for Penny, I likely would have backed out of getting my procedure. By explaining everything in great depth, I was confident in choosing Sono Bello for my TriSculpt Lipo!
