To start, I'd like to acknowledge the customer service... Tre Wider, who is the patient coordinator at the Columbia, SC office was extremely welcoming and even accommodated a scheduling mistake that was made by myself. The office was comfortable and relaxing, and the paperwork was seamless. Once I was taken back to meet Juell Burgess, the patient care consultant, I was impressed with her knowledge and exceptional bedside manner. She made me feel special and one of a kind. The staff was friendly, the consultation process was one of the best I’ve had with detail information and I was very comfortable with the overall experience. Juell was nice and very approachable and was thorough with the whole process. It was clean and inviting in the waiting area as well. Thanks Leah and Juell for a great experience.
