Amelia is absolutely incredible in her communication overall from responsiveness to her candor with patients and staff. I was a bit hesitant about the procedure, being awake & no 'real' pain killers! The Sono Bello ladies put those thoughts to rest, right from the start with the secretaries, Raven out front to take me in, to Juell my consultant who explained everything.
