I was recently there for my re-opt appointment and the receptionist was a little rude (Raven). When I approached her and gave her my information she stated that I wasn’t on the schedule. I spoke with one of the nurse prior to inform them I would be running due to my son having an appointment himself. The nurse checked to make sure it was ok and it was and she stated to come in after my sons appointment.
