When I step foot into the office I was so overwhelmed thinking gosh I’m 64 years old nervous unsure until the staff made me feel like a part of their family and treated me with respect and honesty and reassured me that I was a perfect candidate for this procedure. I’m so glad that I did this !! My experience at the Columbia, SC Sono Bello office has been nothing short of AMAZING! From the receptionists up front to the gals in the back, and of course my surgeon, they have all been wonderful! When I go in, I feel like I have a personal connection with each one of them! Amelia was who I did my initial consultation with. Sono Bello broke the mold when they found her! From the first day I walked into to the Columbia, SC Sono Bello office I felt at ease! I had absolutely no idea what to expect upon going to Sono Bello for my consultation honestly. I was recently there for my re-opt appointment and the receptionist was a little rude (Raven). When I approached her and gave her my information she stated that I wasn’t on the schedule. I spoke with one of the nurse prior to inform them I would be running due to my son having an appointment himself. The nurse checked to make sure it was ok and it was and she stated to come in after my sons appointment.
