Dr. Brownstein was awesome! He was very personable and professional, loved his bedside manner! Jamie and Ashley made sure I was comfortable, safe and warm. Maggie was very helpful, extremely supportive and knowledgeable.
I give Lauren 5 stars. She explained the procedures and options. I'm still figuring things out, but Lauren has been very helpful. Thanks for your time and answering all my questions and for NOT being pushy!

Everyone made me feel comfortable and at ease about the procedure. Doctor Brownstein was great as well as Maggie, Terra, Donna, and Jamie. I am still early in the process and have lots of healing to do before I can see how happy I'm going to be but as of now, so far so good.

From the first contact with Jamie, the consultant, I felt my voice was heard and they wanted to make my wishes a reality. Dr. Rak spoke with me about true expectations. He explained why he wanted to break my procedures into 2 procedures. As a diabetic, my A1C was tested immediately before he approved my ABEX and upper and lower abs. Being greeted at the front desk by Stephanie and McKenzie was very professional. Ashley O. was my favorite!!! She was very down to earth and was always very comforting! She’s very funny too. Before Dr.Rak would say something she was already on it. It let me know they were a great team and they knew exactly what they were doing! Dr. Rak is the best!! Never a dull moment. I had a fantastic experience! From Jamie my consultant that was excellent at explaining my options, helping with financing, and answer every text I sent promptly!! Ashley and McKenzie are the bomb receptionists that are always helpful and sweet!! My nurse Ashley patiently calmed my fears, while nurse Maggie let me know healing was going well and cleaned me up- Thank You! My experience with sono bello Westerville has been nothing short of amazing, from the minute you enter the office. I met with Jamie Byron for my consultation she is the Best!!! I’m scheduled for my procedure soon and Im a little nervous, Jamie has been so very helpful with explaining things and answering all my questions and concerns. Honestly I probably would have chickened out if it wasn’t for her. She has made me feel so good about my weight loss and fitness goals. I can’t wait to see my end results.
