Ashley changed the course of my progress. I had given up on wearing my chin strap, because I hadn’t seen any improvement. In fact, at 1-week post op, I looked even worse than before surgery. This was confusing because Jamie thought I may see some improvement right away, despite swelling. Ashley assured me that the improvements would come with time and use of the chin strap. So far ... So good! I contacted Sono Bello to inquire about options. Their response to my online inquiry was immediate - an appointment (for consultation) was available the next day. I met with Lauren - conversation was comfortable and easy. The pricing was straightforward. And when it came time to review options for financing, Lauren was very helpful.

I have not quite had my procedure yet, however I wanted to voice the outstanding customer service from my consult with Lauren. I have high anxiety and have several consultations in the past for multiple cosmetic procedures. There were times I even walked out before the quote and consult was over due to the 'cold' environment. Lauren was friendly, had a welcoming smile and warm personality.
