I cannot begin to say enough about one of your nurses, Connie. She is very patient and always answers my questions. Most recently I've had a few Venus treatments and have an upcoming procedure. I recommend the Westerville Sonobello location without any hesitation. My surgeon, Dr Rak was very good. He explained everything to me throughout my procedure. I really appreciated it when he called the next morning after my procedure to see how I was doing. In addition, I was very fortunate to have Ashley in the room with me as well. She is extremely personable and has a very calming demeanor. She is an asset to the Sonobello staff! Thank you
One can be very nervous when considering cosmetic procedures! However, when walking into the Westerville Sonobello location, you know you've selected the right facility! The staff at the Sonobello location in Westerville, Ohio is amazing! Front office staff, Stephanie and Sarah, are very professional, friendly, and have greeted me with a smile everytime. They told me the truth, even though I wanted a different answer. And any one that tells you the instead of trying to sell you something you don't need is a company worth telling people about. Honesty, intergerty is what Sono Bello has. Any one that needs help, they are there for you, and if they can't help you they will tell you that and what else you do. I recommend them, just do to the honesty alone
