It was good to find out that my healing process was pretty much on schedule and to know what to expect in the next few weeks. Explanations were so thorough that I had very few questions.

My wife was very pleased with how the doctor and everyone treated her and can’t wait to see how the results are. All the nurses in the operating room and the tech were outstanding according to my wife. We have to give a shout out to Jaimi, the operating tech, who worked with us on my wife’s prop and my wife felt so much trust in her that we asked if she would be in the operating room with my wife the day of her procedure, which she agreed to even if it was her day off she would switch shifts. From the beginning a bad attention, wait for 1 hour that you can attend to me... unfortunately they told me that they were full and that if I wanted to re-schedule ... well they should be more organized being the first impression there is no way to attend to me there.
