Nurse and doctor were friendly and thorough.
It was better than I thought it was gonna be! Dr Bowker and nurse Christy where amazing!!!
The entire staff was very accommodating and professional. Dr. Bowker explained everything he was doing and made me feel very much at ease through the entire procedure. My nurse, Amanda. Guided me through every step and made sure I was comfortable and understood every step of the process.
Loved Amanda my nurse. Dr. Bowker is amazing. He had such great skill and bed side manner.
Sonobello's staff members in the Addison TX location(Yalonda, Dominique, Dr. Wright, Dr. Wright "s nurse, Whitney, and April provides excellent patient/customer service. In addition, Intake Case Manager (Jasmine) in Fortworth is great as well..The above staff members work in different capacities (surgeon, RN, medical assistant and supportive administrative staff. Melanie was my nurse and she was great with helping me through the whole thing with Dr. Steele. He was aswome with his procedure on me. Thank you both!
Dr. Bowler was amazing! He talked me though everything as he was doing it. I felt very little and mostly just the movements but no pain! Melanie the nurse was absolutely fantastic! She started my iv and i never felt a thing! She was so comforting and kept me very calm! Dominique was great too but she could lower her voice just a tad! When your drifting in and out you don’t want a loud voice in the background.
