Always pleasant staff ready to answer questions or concerns. Staff checks in on you after procedures to see how you’re doing via text and email. Dr Vashi is always pleasant and professional. I fell asleep for most of the 4 hours I was there! Highly recommend him!

Overall it was really nice. I did have to wait longer than expected to get seen but staff was friendly and had music playing so no awkward silences. Everyone was comfortable for me to be around.

As a guy, I was apprehensive about even getting the consultation. But the staff was so friendly and inviting I was put at ease right away Was super nervous when getting my first procedure but I'm ecstatic with the results! The entire staff helped guide me through the entire process. Very reassuring knowing exactly what to expect So glad I made the decision
