First experience is everything. Upon arriving, I met with Mary who was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile! Her instructions before I met. Great service and really responsive! Waiting on procedures as first one had to be rescheduled. Only complaint is that was not informed that could be 2 procedures and more was recommended by the surgeon. It is over an hour drive for me so lots of back and forth travel and time off work.

I was very impressed with Sonobello. The office extremely clean. Their staff are wonderful, very helpful, answered every question I had. I highly recommend this Dayton Office.

The ladies at the front desk are super bubbly and sweet. Very welcoming. I had my consultation with Mary and let me just say she is a total sweetheart. She helped me figure out what was best for me and was super sweet. They aren’t super pushy and Mary just listened to what I wanted and laid out my options. Your consultation is not with a doctor, but with a rep, but the rep is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. I can’t wait to go back and show these lovely ladies my results.
