When you make an appointment to change your life, you are filled with so many emotions. I was immediately put at ease by Mary when we met. She took the time to understand what my goals were, my constraint with time and money to help me with a plan. It was comforting to know I was not alone, and she really cares. Within a few minutes it was like talking to a dear friend. I'm so happy I called and made an appointment. And now I look forward to my surgery! The New Year is coming and it's time for a New Me!

It takes a lot of courage to make the decision to talk about what you want to change most about yourself. I had a lot of apprehension because I didn't know how comfortable, or uncomfortable, I would feel. All of that disappeared the moment I was greeted by Jennifer. Mary was and has been so exceptionally professional and explaining everything to me about the procedure. Going over the financial part and calming my nerves. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of Aimee and Mary during my consultation. I was comfortable and Mary didn’t pressure me. She gave me all of the necessary information and helped me the following day with getting scheduled around my other obligations.. Mary responded to phone calls, texts and emails very quickly. Mary gave me realistic expectations and listened to what was important to me.

Life throws many curves daily. Within one day of my consultation family emergency took place. In talking to Mary explaining the financial side and the family emergency, she was so kind and understanding.
