I met with Mary today 1 on 1 after having several texting conversations regarding questions i had about procedures and Sono Bella in general. Mary was very quick to reassure in text messages as well as Aimee. Mary reschedule and worked around my schedule and today really looked at my body and help me to come up with a DOABLE AND VIABLE PLAN...I felt GOOD ...Mary and Aimee was professional. I really didn't know what to expect when I set the appointment for consultation. Upon arrival Aimee made me feel welcome and comfortable. The procedure was explained to me thoroughly and all options were gone over with me. Mary was great she helped me setup the right plan for me. I'm so excited for next week. I've worked hard the last 11 months losing 60+ lbs on my own. I look forward to the transformation that will make all my hardwork come to fruition. Can't wait to come back after my procedure to share more.
I was very nervous going to Sonobello for the first time. Upon getting there the two employees: Aimee and Mary made me feel very comfortable from the start. Everything was explained so you can understand it. They were very kind and considerate. No pressure was ever put on me. Once you see all the information it all just makes sense to do this. One of the best choices I have ever made. I 100% say go and see for yourself. You won't regret.
I just adore Mary and Aimee! They made my appointment so relaxed. Took the time to explain every detail about my upcoming surgery. The price is very affordable and I plan on getting more after this! On the way to a new, more confident me because of them!

I was blown away by the extraordinary customer service from Aimee and Mary. My encounter with Aimee was brief, but she instantly made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Mary, on the other hand, had to put up with me for a bit longer, yet, never once made me feel like I was "just another client." Mary went "above and beyond" to meet my wants/needs. I highly recommend!
