Very informative and professional.
Nine months ago, my husband and I visited Sono Bello and spoke with Mary. Though I gave her a great review personally, in retrospect, I feel exactly the way I did about Sono Bello before walking in their door. Sono Bello is for the young. Look at their advertising. Do you see anyone older than 50? 60? 70? Mary found many reasons to reject me as a patient. It is laughable because I have had two surgeries since. I went in for my consultation and the entire experience was very pleasant . I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect but walked away informed and excited about my upcoming procedure. My consultant Mary was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. I found the entire staff extremely friendly and helpful.

I was not informed about very important details about the post-op like having to wear a compression garment 24/7 for 2 months, being swollen for months and not being able to wear normal shorts or pants after. I’m on day 13 post-op and still can’t wear a pair of jeans or regular shorts without discomfort. She was misleading and definitely only wanted the sale.
