Hello, I enjoy the staff very much. They’re always so easy to talk with and are very energetic. I do always enjoy our conversations. They are very professional as well. Heather is always on time and always greets me with a bottle of water. During my treatment, she is very easy to talk to about the different areas that are my concerns. The staff at Sono Bello has your best interest at heart. From you initial phone call to set the consultation to your final appointment So I Bello is top notch. Tawnee set expectations and the rest of her team delivered. Heather the Venus tech was awesome and made the appointments fun and Interactive, with conversation and explaination. It all went smoothly. A little more painful than I expected but hoping it will all be worth it!
They do standby their satisfaction guarantee. After my first surgery and doing the Venus treatment on my stomach and waist I still was not fully happy with my results.Don’t take me wrong I saw a difference but not what I thought. Dr.Hendrick agreed with me and fought to redo the procedure. I really wish he was my original doctor. Because I am going back in I am going to have my hips done as well. I will also say it is life changing and for the good.
