Ms Kirstie made me and my fiancé feel good about our decision. As a man there’s a negative connotation tied to these types f procedures and I was actually against even doing the consultation but after speaking with Kirstie she made it easy for me to decide. I’m doing what’s best for me and my confidence! Regardless of anyone else’s opinion! I’m going to be beach ready!
Kirstie Serrano is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and makes client feel reassured. Telling someone about insecurities is not comfortable or ideal for anyone. If she would’ve told me the surgery was 40k I probably still would’ve paid it with out hesitation! Thank you Kirstie

My entire experience has been amazing so far. My first consultation was with Raquel, she was incredibly supportive and informative the whole time. My surgeon and nurse that day, Kathy, so sweet and helpful, took great care of me! Rachel my post op nurse, was very nice and professional, explained me step by step what’s happening and to do’s for a great recovery. It’s been a week from my procedure, I’ll be back at Sono Bello in a month, and so far I am very happy with all the staff.
I had my consultation with Raquel, who was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations! She made me feel very comfortable wit my decision. She is such a pleasure and extremely compassionate, understanding, thorough, and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions. I have my procedure scheduled and am so excited to move into this next chapter of my life! Thank you, Raquel, for being YOU!!!!
So far I have had a good experience, Raquel the coordinator is the sweetest always there when I needed her and made me feel so welcomed. I’m still in the process of my journey but it has been pleasant!
Amazing experience! Everyone at the location are friendly and knowledgeable. Can’t thank them enough! Front desk staff are welcoming and attentive. Raquel took excellent care of me and really took time on my initial consultation. Nurses and doctor made my procedure pain free and results that I’m so thrilled to see. Totally worth it! I highly recommend.
