Nurse Rachel is awesome. She's upbeat, caring & professional. Lauren with the front desk is definitely a plus to this organization. I have issues with management but these 2 young ladies get an A+ in my book!

I just did my pre-op appointment and nurse Kristie Flowers was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and she was very gentle and explained everything so clearly. The entire staff at Sono Bello is very professional and nice. KMK.

Amazing so far. Questions answered, impeccable customer service. From Ms. Lauren in the back to Ms. Raquel (consultant), Doctor Greene, Crystal, Amanda all were so patient and made me go from being hesitant to ready to do this today. Here’s to the next 6 months of a life changing choice! I’m confident to say that I’m pleasantly happy/satisfied with the team I’ve been assigned to.
