Marina came through for me, and made it happen for me. I wasn't pleased with the results and had voiced my dissatisfaction. I felt no one was listening and then she came along. She personally introduced herself to me and listened to my concerns. My issues were addressed and I am excited about my new transformation. Kudos to an Excellent support team.
My overall experience with Sonobello, Dr. Styperek-Grohmann and the nurses has been exceptional. Her quality of work is top notch. Her work is thorough and exceeded expectations. The Office Manager is extremely helpful and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the results on my procedures and quickly addressed satisfaction concerns of a prior procedure with another doctor. Great place great service can’t wait until my procedure
Procedure appointment super fast! Friendly nurses and pleasant staff. :) The post-procedure follow-up could have been better but the emails were very informative. 1 week in and I’m liking my results thus far. Would recommend “Sonobello” :) Personal preference: Next procedure I’d rather be fully asleep based on my experience.
Racquel was very knowledgeable and made me super comfortable and excited to have my procedure done! Her customer service skills was very amazing!
