This was truly an amazing experience. I receive all the information about the process I wanted in an easy to understand manner. Raquel Zayas did a great job in making me feel like she want pressuring me into a decision I wasnāt ready for. While waiting to be seen I was greeted by all staff members and offered refreshments. The whole experience was just amazing.Ā
