Everyone was very helpful and nice. Got all my questions and concerns answered by doctor and staff. Dr. Mucci made me feel comfortable and explain every step of the procedure thoroughly.

The procedure itself was a breeze and painless the healing part is another story but I'm glad to have chosen sonobello.

Called this morning to schedule my surgery. Talked to a very rude and disrespectful receptionist named Lorraine. She just argues and argues and argues on the phone and in the even office. She kept telling me she was a manager. Bad for business Terrible attitude

Would not let me talk to a doctor or nurse with my questions before preop. Below is a copy of the email I sent to their office manager, and I have yet to receive a reply or refund. I do not recommend this business and I would not let them touch my body. My entire experience at SonoBello has been amazing. From Lauren at the front desk, Jessie as my consultant, Dr. V. and Nurse Janie. Everyone has been so professional, helpful, friendly and courteous. All my questions have been thoroughly answered and my concerns timely addressed.

Unfortunately this review is not favorable due to the fact that my consultation was for 12:30 pm and I was not see until 1:30pm. Having to drive 45min. to get to the location early as requested, no one bothered to come out and say anything, not one word. Met with Jessica last week and was excited about possibly having the procedure done. Have been unable to get a follow-up call back to discuss some additional questions I have. I've been trying to reach Jessica for 2 days without any success. If this is the type of service I would receive if I did the procedure, I would be very disappointed. Now I'm having second thoughts and feel the positive reviews here must be fake.

Shout out to this incredible staff and Dr. Conde who helped me reach a goal I just could t attain no matter how much I exercised and ate right. 54 years old fight menopause but I gots a flat belly and snatched waist !!!
