Everything was Great
I absolutely loved my experience at Sono Bello from the front desk working with Tamika and Lauren along with Miss Colombo whom provided a great consultation to meeting the nursing staff such as Chantel, Alexis and Michelle. The staff made the whole process flow so easy. I felt comfortable in my decision. Dr. Manucci was excellent in listening to what my concerns were and reassuring me I was in good hands. Everyone was very helpful and nice. Got all my questions and concerns answered by doctor and staff. Dr. Mucci made me feel comfortable and explain every step of the procedure thoroughly.
The procedure itself was a breeze and painless the healing part is another story but I'm glad to have chosen sonobello.
Called this morning to schedule my surgery. Talked to a very rude and disrespectful receptionist named Lorraine. She just argues and argues and argues on the phone and in the even office. She kept telling me she was a manager. Bad for business Terrible attitude

Would not let me talk to a doctor or nurse with my questions before preop. Below is a copy of the email I sent to their office manager, and I have yet to receive a reply or refund. I do not recommend this business and I would not let them touch my body.
