Initially in the beginning I had a great consultation with Raquel and after my procedure things went downhill but if it wasn't for Jamie!!! I believe she works in the front..but she answers the phones. She save face for Sono Bello. They need to give her a raise/bonus for helping & going they extra mile for the patient. People pay cash money and would love great customer service. Jamie did just. That me
I got an appointment for a followup canceled 1 hour before the appointment..that is not good. I understand the reasons but this is still not good.
The best place. I am still waiting for my final results but I am confident. Raquel, she is just the best. Thanks to all the staff.
I would not recommend this place during my experience there they were not very professional nor organized. My expectation for them were rather high but the Information given to me in order to make my decision to go ahead with surgery was not all the true. Very disappointed in their aftercare.

Had a great experience at Sonobello. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I had my consultation with Racquel and she was very knowledgeable and gave me much comfort and deciding to make a decision and finally moving forward with my procedure. I would definitely recommend this company and I will update once my procedure is done

Frankly the whole experience was not the greatest. Although the staff is nice, there were several issues that don’t deserve 5 stars. Fail #1: I was supposed to have a jacket for compression for upper torso underarms...didn’t get one until day 11, which caused excessive pain and lymph node swelling, lasting for 8 weeks. This swelling didn’t show up until day post op of no compression to a significant area of treatment.
