"I am very appreciative of the staff. They deliver caring, attentive, and very very supportive. I can always count on my questions explained where I have no doubts. I I feel very fortunate that I know everyone of the staff members that works with me and they know my history. This is my second round of surgery and I have the same nurses and caregivers. My favorite people at Sono Bello were Kristen and Lauren, they validated my feelings during my consult. They were honest, compassionate, and kind. It was because of them I decided to have my pre op appointment the same day. However, everyone from the front desk personnel to the surgeon were phenomenal. Lastly, even after my procedure the staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment and or experience.
