Every step of this process, I have felt valued and heard. It is extremely difficult to be so physically vulnerable with people you don’t know. Yet, the KC staff has made me feel very comfortable. Today, I had a postoperative appointment with RN Nathan, and he encouraged me, answered all my questions, and provided me with additional tips for healing. I am scheduled for a second procedure in a few weeks, and I have no concerns regarding the quality of care that I will receive during and following that procedure.

RN Nathan listened to my concerns regarding the initial compression garment and came up with a solution that will work well until my second garment arrives. He even made sure to customize the order
