Amazing team of staff from consultation to procedure day. I have a post op visit coming up and I am sure I will receive the same professionalism and care from the team. Dr. Goldenberg, was amazing, so knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding with me. I greatly appreciate him following up with me after the procedure as well as the team. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Michelle. She was welcoming and professional. Tanairi provided my consultation. She was informative and addressed all of my concerns. This allowed me to make an informed decision.

The consultation was okay. I noticed there was more enthusiasm from the staff before consultation. I received enough remainders. But after consultation, there was no calls from the office. I know it’s a selective surgery but sometimes a follow up call can make a difference.

The whole staff at Sono Bello KOP is wonderful. They are professional, courteous, and outgoing. Special thanks to Sue who performed my Venus treatments. Sue took the time to explain what Venus is and what it does and was very professional and meticulous in my treatment. Not to mention that Sue has a wonderful personality which is very important when undergoing treatment with a lot of time to chat. Thank you Sue and Tia for treating me wonderfully!

DR. Brownstein is Amazing!!! He Treats his patients with care, dignity & respect! He is the areas best in my opinion and his wonderful nurses Erica & Melissa are top tier. Office was very clean. The Front desk Staff, are also kind, very knowledgeable, I am 1 week post op of my 3rd procedure which was the EX and I am loving my results so far.
