I walked in and Shannon welcomed me. She was very polite, and welcoming. Nicole who did the initial interview was very professional, and made feel at ease. She answered all my questions and explained the process.and the different payment methods/options available.. She made me feel comfortable and at ease which helped me to decide to proceed.
After reviewing my health history and talking to me personally, I unfortunately wasn’t a candidate for Sona Bella! The staff member was very honest and concerned more about my health history! She was very honest and upfront which I appreciated and suggested other options to me that would be best for my health! if you are a candidate for Sona Bella , in the Lansing area is convenient for you. I highly recommend.!

I have to say I was a bit nervous prior to arriving at Sono Bello in Lansing, I mean I have wanted to get the procedure for the last 30 years and the time to do it was getting very close, so I was nervous but ladies at Sono Bello were great, especially Shannon, she was very nice and put me at ease within 5 minutes of being there. I was looking forward to my procedure after meeting them.

Sonobello has been a pleasure to work with! From my consultation to my follow up appointments, the staff and Dr Mucci have been very professional, informative and caring. Shannon at the Lansing location has been amazing aa well! Shannon has also been very professional, pleasant and attentive in scheduling my balancing pro appointments as well as very informative and accommodating. I look forward to seeing and talking to her when I attend my appointments. I am extremely pleased with each experience I have with Sonobello!
