Great consultation, can’t wait to see my new self!
As soon as I walked into the office I was warmly greeted by Shelby. When I met Nicole for my consultation, I liked her immediately. She explained the whole process to me. Answered all my questions. Was very knowledgeable and caring.
Wow. What a great experience! Dr Mucci and Nurse Morgan are my favorite people and I highly recommend them. If anyone out there is on the fence about having a procedure done at Sono Bello, please take the leap. You won’t be sorry. Besides having a great staff - shout out to Vida (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) in Troy and Nicole in Lansing - the procedure itself was easy and went flawlessly. Very informative and answered all the questions.
The receptionist was instantly inviting and friendly when I first walked in! I met with a super friendly rep named Nicole! She was very helpful and honest! Both ladies were easy to communicate with!

Nicole was very good on talking to me and going through all my information. She was also very friendly at our first greeting. We were trying to figure out why I was on “Trileptal “. I take it for a mood stabilizer. The office was very clean and bright. I loved the set up of the furniture! The receptionist was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them to my friends and family.
