My experience at Sonobella has been great. My initial apprehension to have this procedure done was quickly calmed after meeting the staff and hearing their reassurance of the process. Having a severe panic and anxiety issue from PTSD, I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to complete the procedure “while awake”. I showed up and Faith greeted me remembering me from pre-op and asked about my service dog. She is an incredible representation of your brand. I had a new nurse, Vanessa, who I was worried I’d have to tell all my concerns again to, knowing I was high maintenance and would she understand. The pre-process is straight forward. The procedure was not painful. Doctor and care support staff are excellent. The post-procedure is also not painful. At this point, it's early in the healing process for me. SB people and process so far seem very fine.
