Vanessa was phenomenal during pre-op, surgery, post-op and my 1 week visit. I really appreciated having her through the whole process. She's personal and compassionate, she always greets us with a big smile. I can't say enough about her!

Having a severe panic and anxiety issue from PTSD, I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to complete the procedure “while awake”. I showed up and Faith greeted me remembering me from pre-op and asked about my service dog. She is an incredible representation of your brand. I had a new nurse, Vanessa, who I was worried I’d have to tell all my concerns again to, knowing I was high maintenance and would she understand. It was my first time to visit to know how everything works, so she explain very good for me the front desk are very friendly, so I recommended I didn’t do the procedure now but that’s my 2 step :) thank you for helping me. :)

The pre-process is straight forward. The procedure was not painful. Doctor and care support staff are excellent. The post-procedure is also not painful. At this point, it's early in the healing process for me. SB people and process so far seem very fine.
