I finished my last balancer pro today. Kat and Chenise have been phenomenal throughout this process from start to finish! I have no complaints and I recommend reaching out to these ladies if you want to benefit from Sono Bello services.
The staff at the Macon location work with u to identify your goals. Both Kay and Chenise listened to what I wanted and applied their knowledge to assist me in my procedure. They were friendly, helpful and supportive. Not once did Kay try to persuade me into anything; she listed options and stated why she would recommend doing it this way.
Multi tasking at its best; phone ringing, people in line and they still make u feel important. Fast, punctual and kind.

When I visited Sono Bello Macon for my initial consultation, I was more than a little nervous, but it was a great experience from start to finish. I’d never even considered any type of cosmetic surgery before, and Kat was wonderful at easing my mind and explaining everything to me. I got everything squared away that day and surgery day was less than a month later. My journey with Sono Bello started with the Macon office. From the first visit to my last, Kat and Chenise showed me 100% respect and care about my process. They became family! Kat was there to assist me with communication with the Atlanta office when I couldn’t reach them. She made sure my concerns were taken care of.
