I have to be very honest and admit that I was initially NOT a fan of Ballancer Pro after my initial session which was also the day of my first post op visit. Whew Chile!!! It was an uncomfortable experience but I took it like a champ. My second session which occurred in the Macon location was a little better. I had an excellent experience at this office. The staff, especially Jojo, was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. My experience was amazing. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. She got me checked in fast and easy. Then I went to the back with Chenise she was awesome as well. She explained everything to me from start to finish. She answered all of my questions that I had. My experience with Sonobelle was just over all exceptional!!
