I finished my last balancer pro today. Kat and Chenise have been phenomenal throughout this process from start to finish! I have no complaints and I recommend reaching out to these ladies if you want to benefit from Sono Bello services.
The staff at the Macon location work with u to identify your goals. Both Kay and Chenise listened to what I wanted and applied their knowledge to assist me in my procedure. They were friendly, helpful and supportive. Not once did Kay try to persuade me into anything; she listed options and stated why she would recommend doing it this way.
Multi tasking at its best; phone ringing, people in line and they still make u feel important. Fast, punctual and kind.
