Markie was pleasant at greeting us. Kitt was super awesome with explaining procedures and answering all my questions. Would recommend to anyone to get a consultation.

I am impressed by the customer service I have received during this exploratory phase. I have never considered a procedure like this so I had no idea what to expect. I initially reached out through the website chat which was efficient and easy… And then followed up with an in-person consultation - both the receptionist and Kurt, the patient care consultant that I interacted with, were friendly, helpful and informative.

Extremely sensitive and very personal issues my body, talking with Kitt and Markie was comforting and almost soothing, I didnt feel ashamed or embarrassed. It's nice to know that Kitt and Markie proved to me that I'm not just a dollar sign. I'm so looking forward to having a body I can love, you can't love someone else until you love yourself.
