Both Markie, receptionist, and Kitt, consultant, were very personable and made me feel very comfortable. I asked a lot of questions, and they were all answered thoroughly. It also helped knowing that Kitt went through the same procedure, so I felt that she knew what she was talking about, firsthand. Thank you!

The Madison office, is absolutely a joy to visit and learn from these incredible people. Kitt truly cares about the people that walk in the door. And the girl at the receptionist desk is absolutely the coolest and just a pleasure to talk to. Professionally speaking, it was 1000 times better than what I had anticipated and I look forward to talking to them again in three months because they are great people!!!!!
