I am impressed by the customer service I have received during this exploratory phase. I have never considered a procedure like this so I had no idea what to expect. I initially reached out through the website chat which was efficient and easy… And then followed up with an in-person consultation - both the receptionist and Kurt, the patient care consultant that I interacted with, were friendly, helpful and informative.

Extremely sensitive and very personal issues my body, talking with Kitt and Markie was comforting and almost soothing, I didnt feel ashamed or embarrassed. I didn’t know what to expect but as soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a big smile by the Markie. She was very nice and polite. Kitt was sweet, gentle and fun. She has a great personality: She listened to me and answered all my questions.
