Amazingly friendly staff and a great ability to explain the overall process of the procedure as well as explain recovery and the follow-up appointments. Simply great customer and patient care.

Constant messaging and texts telling me that I had to be there early then they were 1/2 hrs late. After a lot of chatting I opened my shirt and was immediately told they couldn't do anything. Would be nice to explain that on the website. A whole afternoon wasted
