From the initial consult, to the meetings with the surgeon, to the surgery and results to the postoperative nurse, Venus technician and front desk staff…..absolutely every encounter has been outstanding, laced with kindness and patience and very informative. Excellent decision!

AMAZING experience start to finish! The staff, consultants, nurses, and Dr. Colon are truly passionate about what they do and how it makes people feel! I can honestly say that not only am I super pleased with the process, but overall it was a lot of fun too! The demeanor in the office is just one of happy and fun!

Staff was very pleasant and informative. Lindsey answered all my questions and got me set up for everything, I felt they were very professional and I can trust this establishment with performing my procedures
Great customer service from the entire staff! From the receptionists to preop nurses, to the suregon, Dr. Colon to the postoperative nurse, Meishaundra and other staff - all are very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and timely when responding to questions. Special Shoutout to nurse Meishaundra for being so accommodating and quickly getting me into a better fitting garment the day after my procedure. Mimi was awesome during my first week post op. She recognized my issues immediately when I stood up. I was in so much pain from my first garment due to it not fitting properly. I did not think a large garment would fit me but she was certain it would and after I got it on I felt and looked so much better!
Wonderful surgeon, nurse and staff. My results already look amazing I can’t wait to see my progress over the next three months.
