Had my last Ballancer Pro session today with Yelica. It’s been an incredible journey I’ve enjoyed every session so much. Yelica was always so sweet, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable every time I walked into the office. The office and treatment room were always clean and inviting. I totally recommend this experience. From the moment I signed with Liz through the entire process of the massages, it has been a great experience from beginning to end.

Yelica clearly explained how the massage process works and ensured I was comfortable, checking that the pressure was just right. The room was cozy and clean, with snacks and drinks provided for added comfort. She also thoughtfully set up the TV so my husband could stay with me during the session.
