Patricia was very thorough and took the time to ensure I understood what was going to get done. She made me feel at ease and answered my questions. All while maintaining her professionalism but also being very friendly.
Patty was very personable, knowledgeable and she answered all of my questions. I was very happy having her help and guide me through my appointment.
