Dr. Raine cares. Actually cares about your health. I had a wake up call during my visit. He held me accountable but was very kind and informative. I wasn't judged or rushed. Sona Bello is not just about aesthetics it's about overall health. That I appreciate.

I really hope to have Patrica in my care on my follow up appointment. She was like a ray of sunshine coming into the room. She was professional yet treated you like a friend. Very clear in her instructions and most importantly nonjudgmental. I was literally stripped down in undergarments to get marked and she made me feel comfortable. Going into this I was nervous. I was greeted by smiling faces. The waiting room is relaxing and beautiful. They even had a book with before and Afters that included people's experiences. I was greeted by Jessica my patient care associate. She was so nice, and not judgmental at all, as I am embarrassed of my body. All of my questions where answered. The staff at Sono Bello was wonderful! Patricia was especially kind and helped alleviate any fears that I had. She explained everything thoroughly and was so helpful! I would reccomend Sono Bello to anyone.

I can’t t say enough about the staff at Sono Bello . Every step of the way has been a wonderful experience. My latest pre-op appointment was no different. Patricia with the medical staff was awesome! She was professional, knowledgeable & had a great sense of humor. She answered all my questions and had me laughing as well. I am looking forward to my procedure and I know I will be in great hands. When first walking into Sonobello office for me consultation, I was very nervous, not knowing what to expect. The first person that I approached was the receptionist. She was very nice and explained to me the papers which I was.filling out. I met with Sara for my consultation. Sara went above and beyond to answer every question I asked. Very pleasant, nice lady. I had stomach and upper body surgery three weeks ago. Dr Raine and all the staff were very professional and made you feel special. I had to go back to the office several times and was taken care of like I was one of the family. Patricia was very professional but made me feel comfortable. Jess answered all of my questions at the initial consultation regarding the procedure I was looking to do, the healing recovery time, seeing the results and finally the cost. At the follow up meeting / pre procedure, I met with Dr. Muecke and Patricia to go over the details of the procedure and get my measurements. I got my procedure specific questions answered during this second meeting and felt comfortable with the process.
