I want to first thank the young lady Toy who was very helpful and eased my experience and Anxiety before surgery. I had a pleasant experience at the Norfolk Sonobello. everything was at ease from my arrival to my release, Toy made me feel comfortable . Toy was just outstanding and gave exceptional customer service. She was very attentive, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her and be returning :)
