The surgeon/doctor was amazing. I use be a registered nurse in the OR and they were knowledgeable in my comfort as I had to move around for different areas to be done. Kaitlyn the nurse was consistently asking if I was okay, did I need something. They were very attentive to my comfort and safety thru the whole procedure.

Aisha, Caitlyn and Dr. Ju were great!! They walked me through everything and answered every question I had.. Aiesha was amazing! She was very friendly, caring, considerate, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable with everything and eased my worry. I felt like I was with my best friend and not a medical staff LPN. Dr. Ju was spectacular! He answered all my questions, was very thorough about the entire process, and very amiable. Overall, the entire staff was spectacular. Everyone was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

Recently had surgery at Sono Bello, Norfolk and I couldn’t be happier!! The entire experience was amazing and the staff were professional and friendly. Especially, my nurse Brittni would made sure I had all the details and best of care. Highly recommend Sono Bello, Norfolk!!

Everyone was great! From the reception desk to the consultation to the pre-op and post-op. The team is the best I have experienced with anything medical. Personally I am not afraid to go under the knife, but for anyone who is, this is the place to be! They really take care of you and talk and walk you through everything and what to expect.
