I really enjoyed my nurse Josie, she took good care of me. She was attentive to my needs and made sure I knew ever step of the way. She was a joy in the room. Doctor Ju kept me informed and explained the procedure. He is very knowledgeable. This was my adjustment procedure and I'm feeling very positive about it. My only complaint was not being completely knocked out. I felt more than I wanted to.

I had such a great experience with Sono Bello. I was incredibly nervous going into my procedure, especially knowing I would be awake for it, but the entire team made me feel so much more comfortable than I expected. My nurse, Kaitlyn, was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet, reassuring, and genuinely did such a great job putting me at ease when my nerves were getting the best of me. Everyone was friendly, gracious and professional. Everyone from Naeema at the front desk, Liz who encouraged me, two pre-op nurses who were very patient and understanding, Dr. Kemp who did a great job, and last but not least, Kaitlyn, my post op nurse who was super kind and helped me get moving. I had a LiftEX procedure at the Sono Bello Norfolk, VA location yesterday. My Surgeon, Dr Ju is amazing! He explains everything & encourages you to ask questions. He's focused & makes sure you're doing well throughout your procedure. My Nurse Kaitlyn was very accommodating with my requests & took very good care of me...before, during & after. Everyone at Sono Bello has been great to work with!!

I had such a great experience with Liz Hazelette and Sono Bello! Liz was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. She took the time to answer my questions and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. I truly appreciate her professionalism and how welcoming she was. I had my pre op visit today lit was amazing. Lisa my nurse that took me back was fantastic. She got me ready for the provider. I was little nervous before the doctor came in. One Dr Ju came in and talked with me, I felt very comfortable about my up coming surgery. He explained everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. Wonderful treatment prior to the procedure. Kaitlyn was very professional and confident in her abilities to get me checked in and prepped for the procedure. She was thoughtful and kind. She constantly checked on my Blood Pressure to make sure I was in a safe range to proceed. She was easy to talk with and answered all questions. Dr. Ju was amazing and did a wonderful job. During the procedure he was patient and every question was answered. What a great team! Thankful to God for each of them.
