I had my pre op visit today lit was amazing. Lisa my nurse that took me back was fantastic. She got me ready for the provider. I was little nervous before the doctor came in. One Dr Ju came in and talked with me, I felt very comfortable about my up coming surgery. He explained everything and made sure all of my questions were answered. Wonderful treatment prior to the procedure. Kaitlyn was very professional and confident in her abilities to get me checked in and prepped for the procedure. She was thoughtful and kind. She constantly checked on my Blood Pressure to make sure I was in a safe range to proceed. She was easy to talk with and answered all questions. Dr. Ju was amazing and did a wonderful job. During the procedure he was patient and every question was answered. What a great team! Thankful to God for each of them.

The staff at Sonobello from receptionist to nurses to doctors performing the procedure, were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and listened to all my questions and concerns. The care during and after my procedure has been top-notch.

I met with Liz at Sonobello Norfolk early this afternoon for my consultation for my Trisculpt session. And she was just so sweet and kind. I went in there feeling nervous and anxious. But after speaking with Liz, I felt so happy and so excited now I’m really looking forward to this procedure. And I’m so looking forward to working with Liz again when it comes time for my procedure. Met with Liz today at sonobello in Norfolk for possible liposuction of my abdominal area. She absolutely understood what I wanted to have done and not only made me feel comfortable, but worked her magic to get my procedure booked when I wanted it. Liz didn't even look bored when I talked about my kids and grandson. She was so personable she actually feesl like a friend. Great experience so far.

Overall experience was great! Preparation was thorough, process was very organized and professional. Josie my nurse did an outstanding job prepping me before and helping me transition for home after! Dr Ju was great - we talked throughout the entire procedure. Of course I’m sore today (24 hrs later), but already improving in my ability to get around. Looking forward to seeing the results!
