I was so impressed at the level of Cleanliness Class and Grace the entire Office and Staff are world class. Sono Bello staff was knowledgeable, accommodating supportive, friendly thoughtful….I would recommend “everyone” regardless of sex to inquire for there own desire of self improvement. Sonobello staff is amazing!! From the time you walk in the door you feel very welcome. They are patient and answered all my questions without being or seeming annoyed! Totally awesome people!
I loved Dr Flagg and his no nonsense approach...Sheila my nurse was really great as well and I love my results. But I was very disappointed in the lack of communication before my appt- no touching base, no appt confirmation until the day before trying to change my appt time and zero follow up.
