I was very pleased with Mallory. She was very kind , patient and professional. She answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Dr Flag was great, he got straight to the point and let me joke I would not be loking like Beyoncé after 1 visit, lol. I felt very comfortable with Dr Flag performing my surgery. Dr and Elena were great!
All of staff from start to finish were friendly and courteous. Dr. Khawaja is a phenomenal doctor he explains the process in detail and very sweet and tentative. OVER ALL very great experience customer service a 10, extremely pleased with everyone in your facility.
Lisa was wonderful! Bring in the medical field for many years, have had 6 surgeries myself. I would say Lisa is top notch at providing a safe comfortable space for questions and discussion on what can be an uncomfortable subject. Lisa’s knowledge shared in surgery day is so valuable I can’t even express. What a gem! Thank you!
