I loved Dr Flagg and his no nonsense approach...Sheila my nurse was really great as well and I love my results. But I was very disappointed in the lack of communication before my appt- no touching base, no appt confirmation until the day before trying to change my appt time and zero follow up. The journey was well orchestrated. There was someone to walk through each step. You are always assigned to an individual to care for you. I love this. A much appreciative great big thank you to my SonoBello team, that gave me my best body yet! I cannot say how much I am ashamed of myself for doing the big no-no that you’re not supposed to do with anything by looking at Google seeing reviews, do YouTube videos etc. I definitely psyched myself out for no reason.
