I would like to say from the moment I met her, to the time I left I was not nervous anymore. Medical Assistant Chelsea was one of the best medical professionals I met. Not only did she see me for my pre-op, she was in my surgery as well. I can say if you want anyone in your surgery room it would be her. She was so attentive to me, asking me how I was, if I was comfy, if I had pain. She was amazing and a delight to get to know. She was singing and dancing, telling jokes. Everybody ive dealt with at the Oak Brook facility has been a pleasure to work with. Ive been working with Jacque most of my visits there and she is amazing!! She is always smiling and even when im not in that mood, im always smiling leaving her. Good that she can read people well enough to know to use her tone of voice

Awesome! From the moment I walked in “Good morning! I’m so glad you are here with us. Are you excited? I have some paperwork..” The PA either called me by my first name or “Love”. We chatted and talked. She was patient and kind- thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions every time I interrupted her. I arrived early per instructions and no one was in the office to check me in. By the time I checked in, it was 15 minutes past my appointment time. I was one of the first appointments of the morning. Even though I was a bit discouraged when I walked into the office and didn’t see anyone, my consultation was exactly what I was hoping for.
