Nancy made me feel comfortable about having the precudure
Came in today for a consultation. Was a little nervous and questionable coming in. That was all erased and I was put at such ease and excited for the potential results, all while being educated on the procedure and expectations. Nancy was beyond amazing. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable, articulate - just to list a few of her many qualities. Truthfully her attentive demeanor and wealth of knowledge is why my experience was nothing short of excellent. Can’t wait to move forward!

My experience was great. The staff was friendly and professional. The doctor was also friendly, professional, and described the procedure honestly. There were no unexpected changes.

I had my consult last weekend and Nancy was amazing! She was so personable and made me feel incredibly comfortable with myself. I chose to do upper and lower abs as well as bra area and love handles. I did have to call and reschedule my pre-op and procedure date due to some upcoming activities. Nancy was so helpful and had me all set within 10 minutes. I am very excited to see how this all turns out!
This was not my first procedure and I can honestly say Sono Bello has been consistent in their high quality professionalism, care and procedures. Dr. Flagg is the best and I wish I had the names of everyone who took great care of me so they can be recognized. Fantastic experience and I’m so very happy with my results!
I have been satisfied thus far, starting from schedulong my appointment. The young lady was very patient with me while I decided when I would like to come in. Then my consultation was done by Kat Pettis, who was very kind and informative about the procedure and payment options. I opted to go through with the procedure, my pre-op is this coming Wed and sugery on Thurs. in hopes that it will go just as smooth as everything else. Thank you
