Everyone is very nice. I just have 2 suggestions. I was shown the wrong garment for woman to wear after surgery so when I asked again if they had a sleeveless and better cut for tops for spring, the gal I saw when I met with the Dr told me that’s what I would be getting the other with sleeves was for the men. The 2nd is when I made my appt for the surgery. Not realizing it was 2 days before Easter! The facility was warm and inviting. The staff was extra professional. Lindsey went above and beyond to ensure that I was well informed about every step of the surgery.
I think that overall my experience was great. I only hit a small snag with the booking of my second surgery, but that was resolved quickly by my coordinator Shaena. All the nurses were awesome as well! Shout out to nurse Lucy! Your amazing and made me feel so comfortable!
Shaena was great. She was very nice and down to earth. She explained everything very well and made me feel real comfortable in whatever decision I choose.
I had a great experience. Front desk staff was very friendly and my consultant was very helpful.
I absolutely love sonobello of oakbrook!! Some people get nervous when they have any type of procedures but going into this sonobello with the amazing staff and nurses and front desk personnel it has always been a pleasure and a joy to visit them! Especially front desk Personnel Nicole who always goes above and beyond to be sure all of my needs are met! Thanks Nicole! :-)
My experience today exceeded my expectations. I would totally recommend Shaena. She is a true asset to this office along with the Reception staff. Shaena was very knowledgeable and Professional she explained everything in detail and went over several options to let me decide what I would like to do. We had a great conversation I felt very comfortable and So Glad I booked my appointment today.. Thank you for being patient and my 4yr old loved her too.. See you all soon...

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed to give solid advice and didn't appear to just tell me what I wanted to hear or try to upsale me on something that wasnt the right fit for me.
